For me, self-care means taking good care of oneself by doing actions that alleviate stress, strategies to recuperate energy, and striving to form connections with important aspects of my life.
Physical Health Maintenance

Pack hearty meal for lunch for fuel and energy to survive school day.
Plan for delicious dinner meal at end of school day.
Skin care routine to maintain healthy skin
